| The energy consumption associated with human activities has dramatically increased the emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide,leading to extreme climates such as global warming.Carbon emissions from the construction industry account for a significant proportion of energy consumption.Under the background of urbanization development,rural housing construction,especially rural housing construction,is faced with the contradiction between improving rural living environment and reducing building carbon emissions.It is urgent to explore suitable carbon abatement oriented livable rural housing construction technology to avoid environmental pollution caused by the high carbon development of rural communities.This paper is supported by the national "13th Five-Year plan" key RESEARCH and development project "Research on spatial Optimization and layout of Village community" topic 5 "Village Community Green Livable unit Planning Dynamic Simulation technology"(2019YFD1100805)sub-task 1 "Village community livable unit environment construction and planning index research".Taking rural housing in Shandong province as the research object,the construction technology of livable rural housing oriented by carbon emission reduction was studied.The first chapter summarizes the research background of this thesis,including dual carbon goal orientation,beautiful and livable rural construction and rural revitalization.The research object of this thesis is determined to be rural housing in shandong Province.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of rural housing in Shandong province through questionnaire survey and household survey,including yard layout,structure type of rural housing,building materials,heating and cooling methods of rural housing,and energy consumption,and summarizes the comfort,energy consumption and safety problems of rural housing in Shandong province.The carbon emission calculation model was used to calculate the carbon emission of five typical farm houses in different areas,analyze the characteristics of carbon emission of different building materials,energy structure and living habits,and analyze the law of carbon emission in the whole life cycle of the farm houses.The third chapter has been clear about the concept of livable units and livable farmhouse,according to the research of shandong area livable unit index system and livable farming curtilage construction technology system,studies the habitable farmhouse,construction technology,including single architectural form design,orientation,window wall than design,plane space organization,building structure design,building materials selection,building envelope energy efficiency design,Living energy structure adjustment,the use of renewable energy,courtyard environment construction and so on.The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of carbon emissions in each stage of the life cycle,and puts forward the corresponding carbon emission reduction strategies for rural housing.The sensitivity analysis of carbon emission impression factors in physical and chemical stage and residential use stage is carried out,and summarizes the suitable construction technology of livable rural housing in Shandong province with carbon emission reduction as the goal.And a typical rural housing low-carbon transformation,from the plane function layout,building structure and materials,energy consumption structure optimization,calculation of the transformation of rural housing carbon emissions,to verify its feasibility and practical significance.The fifth chapter summarizes the research results and conclusions,and points out the shortcomings and future development direction.The construction technology method and construction technology system of green livable agricultural houses in Shandong based on carbon emission reduction can reduce carbon emissions while improving farmers’ quality of life and living environment.Hope it can provide reference for the low carbon construction of rural housing in Shandong. |
