| High magnitude earthquake occur frequently in China, caused a huge loss for our country. Due to the poor seismic resistance ability of structure, serious casualties happened during earthquake. Structure Energy Dissipation Technology can increase the seismic resistance ability of structure,and it is mainly used in high-rise building which is more consistent with the the development trend of China’s construction industry.In this paper, which is based on the characteristics of Structure Energy Dissipation Technology,it will make a comprehensive evaluation of the economy of high-rise building using Structure Energy Dissipation Technology.Firstly, it is discussed the basic theory of Structure Energy Dissipation Technology,and describes the development of it. And study the theory of Structural vibration control, and the energy Dissipation technology of belong to the passive control, which mainly works by additional vibration damping device to control the structure. After this, the introduction of the new alloy damper, which is a representation of structural dissipation energy technology, as the basis for the case of the use of new alloy damper damping economic evaluation.Secondly, according to the the characteristics of structural dissipation energy technology, with reference to a number economic evaluation system,this paper establish a new technical economic evaluation index system of structural dissipation energy technology in high-rise building. This index system include economicã€security and social evaluation as three part of the first levels. It has set up three levels of economic evaluation index system,which has three levels.And it include three index in first level,seven index in second level,twenty-four index in third level.Thirdly, after carefully analyzing the meaning and the calculation methods, this paper make a comprehensive analysis, comparison and research on commondly evaluation methods, and choose the best method -DEA evaluation methods to establish a economic evaluation model for high-rise building structural dissipation energy technology. Because the index in this paper have two types,the first one is quantitative index,the second one is qualitative indicators.In this paper,it is use the expert scoring method for qualitative index assignment, and then use the Average method for the evaluating index to dimensionless. There are too many evaluation index,so using the principal components method to screen index. At last, choosing the cross-DEA model to make evaluation on the project which use the structural dissipation energy technology. To verify the effectiveness of the model and the index system which has been established is correct. And the evaluation model and the index system has great significance for new technologies’reference and applications.Finally,there are two conclusions The first one is the project which use the structural dissipation energy technology has batter economic than the traditional seismic design project.The second one is the basis higher Seismic fortification intensity in this areas, the economic advantage is more apparent. |
