The construction of high-speed railway passage which sets "four vertical and four horizontal" as the main skeleton, and the advantages of high-speed railway that includes high speed, high density and high comfort had made great social and economic benefits. But the ecological destruction and environmental pollution problems caused during the construction and operation period of high-speed railway can not be ignored at the same time. The expansion of economic planning and development activities of cities along the railway after the implementation of high-speed railway project will also bring new environmental and social problems.Researches and practices of high-speed railway started late in our country, in order to meet the construction needs in recent years, relevant theoretical researches started from the angle of technology application and operation management. "Green Transportation" will lead the development of modern transportation according to the strategic task of "Four Transportation" put forward by the Party group of the Ministry of Transportation. However, recent researches that based on the perspective of green development evaluation are rare and not systemic and the evaluation theory and method need to improve. Therefore, it is imperative to combine green development theories and construction practices of high-speed railway to build the evaluation index system of green development of high-speed railway, and choose the appropriate method to evaluate the level of green development in order to meet the requirements of high-speed railway company manager’s cognition and decision-making.The thesis is aimed to study on evaluation of green development of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. Firstly, basic theories of green development are sort out, and relevant concepts are quoted and defined based on the contact between green theories and construction of high-speed railway; secondly, the green development status quo of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is commented from the view of environmental planning, green design, green construction, green operation, green management and other aspects of economic and social benefits; thirdly, the evaluation index system of green development of high-speed railway is constructed based on DPSIR model, then Analytic Network Process method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method are used to determine the level of green development of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the evaluation results are analyzed; finally, countermeasures to further green level are formulated at Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway company’s point of view based on the non-green parts obtain from qualitative status quo comments and quantitative evaluation process.
