| With the vigorous development of China’s shipping business in the coastal ports and Yangtze River waters, a large number of vessel traffic management system (VTS, Vessel Traffic Services) have been built. VTS is a comprehensive application system integrated radar, radio communications and electronic charts, but the construction of almost all VTS systems are monopolized by foreign manufacturers of different devices, in order to break the monopoly of foreign suppliers, get rid of the foreign VTS Equipment reliance, to protect national security, VTS systems localization industry has to promote the development of the national economy, to ensure national security is of great significance。As a major component of the VTS VHF system (VHF) communication subsystem has been used in traditional analog communication system, China’s first domestically-oriented PRIDe VTS 1000 system VHF communications subsystems PSTN network is still using analog signal transmission technology. Simulation system cost, high bandwidth and maintenance complexity of the problem plagued users for many years, is currently the VTS localization project need to study and solve the hotspot.Aiming at the demand of the VTS VHF communications subsystem localization project by studying the VoIP (Voice over IP), including VoIP communication theory, the Transmission Control Protocol, User Datagram Protocol, Real-time Transport Protocol and voice compression algorithm technology, proposed a VoIP-based VHF communications system prototype one for VTS systems, the architecture of the prototype system to achieve the routing of voice communication via IP packet network to the telecommunications base stations and the like.Thesis advanced VoIP technology into VTS system VHF subsystem designed voice communication systems and voice reproduction system solutions, and is used by VTS localization project. |
