Qingdao Dongjiakou port is located in Qingdao City, south of Jiaonan city of LangyaTaiwan, adjacent to Rizhao City, Dongjiakou port is one of important part in the development of Qingdao port in the future, it main develop port industry service, such as groceries, dry bulk commodities, liquid chemical products transportation, relying on the port industry, gradually developed into Qingdao port south of large-scale comprehensive deepwater port and dry bulk commodities transportation base.Anchorage is an indispensable part of the port operation and development, is directly related to the production and operation of the port. To adapt to the port regulations and determine target for the developmen of Dongjiakou port, ensure safe, efficient operation, meet the port ship anchoring demand, carry out research and construction of Dongjiakou port anchorage engineering is very necessary. This article through the research of Dongjiakou port’s environment factor, analysis of the port current situation and port development demand anchorage, laid the foundation for the further determination of traffic safety conditions and location of anchorage; scheme of anchorage location planning regulations on navigation safety effects are analyzed, at the same time the Dongjiakou port anchorage engineering is analyzed the rationality, necessity, and analyses the influence on the anchorage engineering on navigation safety conditions:include interaction with the natural environment, traffic environment and mutual influence. The results of the study show that, Dongjiakou port anchorage engineering is necessary and feasible. The results of this study can provide a reference for the similar port anchorage engineering.
