Safty Assessment Study On Xiu Shan East Anchorage Waters Of Navigation Environment

Since entering the new century, with the growing of the global economic power, increasing of vessel traffic density, cruise ship building facilities in the greater scale and specialization, water rising, as well as the limitations of existing anchorage, the safety problems of port anchorage waters environment are also on the rise. Therefore, it has been an important issues and must be considered in the planning and design of the port of anchorage to accomplish the rational planning and safety evaluation of the port of anchorage.Xiushan East anchorage is located in xiushan island of Zhoushan, has been put into use, in order to be better to meet the the needs of development of Zhoushan port industries, to ease the tensions in Maao Harbor anchorage, to make full use of the XiuShan east anchorage,we should make the safety evaluation for anchorage waters of xiushan east. It will have some practical value in reasonable planning and security management for anchorage.The work the paper did is as follows:First, it analysis the natural condition of waters near the Xiushan east anchorage and development present situation;Second, In order to maximize the use of anchorage resources, made a practical calculation methods for anchorage area, the water areas that ships in the anchorage are occupied, and undertaking a study on anchorage and anchorage capacity utilization;Third, it considers the factors influencing the anchorage anchorage ship security, uses fuzzy comprehensive judging method in security evaluation at Xiushan east anchorage, analysis the danger that exists in anchorage ship security and puts forward rational proposals.This paper studies the capacity and utilization of Xiushan east anchorage and makes the security evaluation for anchorage areas, which provides some basis theoretical for safety of anchorage; it can also offer some valuable references and enlightenment to the Port-anchorage Planning.
