Horizontal Load Under The Action Of Sandwich Wall Skin Effect Of Experimental Research

This paper is on the basis of the‘Twelfth Five-Year Guideline’ known as‘Research and demonstration of green and energy-saving in public institutions’, it conducts the experiment that is concerned with diaphragm effect in horizontal loading of a sandwich wall out of plane. Sandwich wall is utilized to galvanize light steel keel as a support frame and select a specified plank as its skin panel, then can form the wall after pouring the material that is light and environmental protection into interior. The sandwich wall as part of the composite cast-in-place wall, which is in line with the national industrial policy and has a bright prospect for development.Based on sandwich wall as the research object,this paper makes a design and produces the wall specimens with two different groups, compared with two categories of wall in loading level, one can conclude limits of the thrust load and the ultimate tensile load with different specimens, by analysis of two wall specimen load-displacement curve, the test indicates a preliminary understanding of failure mode in different walls.Then,through the damage performance of different structure forms and high wall thickness ratio of skin panel, results of analysis provide the strain data of measured load side skin panels and loading side skin panel, these data enable us to conclude a primary understanding about different wall lateral strain distribution of skin panel.By using finite element analysis software ANSYS, two finite element models of wall specimens are established, compared with test of wall specimen and the results of finite element analysis,it can summarize the influence factors of sandwich wall such as the load capacity,failure mode,stiffness and so on,which can provide a reference for deeper research in the future.
