Study On The Analysis Of Defects And Strengthening Measures Of Turnouts In Station Yard

Based on the operating status of turnouts in railway station yard, in this paper, the investigation and analysis on the typical defects exist in the turnouts in station yard were planned to be performed, and the damage mechanism and reasons would be deeply studied and then some specific maintenance and repair programs and reinforcement measures were put forward.Firstly, the defects in turnouts of YuLin Railway Station found in the inspection in 2014 were statistically analyzed, through comparison, the NO.126 turnout was determined as the most representative turnout. Then, against the defects of the NO.126 turnout found in the inspection in 2014, the statistical analysis was implemented, and the field investigation was conducted to find the typical defects present in turnouts. The study mainly started with some of the aspects such as the laying position of turnouts and the amount of work on the maintenance and repair of the working area. Subsequently, the forming reasons for the defects in turnout were scientifically analyzed, and for the problems exist in turnouts, along with the strengthening measures, some specific recommendations on maintenance and repair were also put forward to ensure every technical indicator of the turnouts are in the excellent condition and enable the turnouts extend their service life, as well as reduce the workload of routine maintenance and repair.
