In recent years, with the improvement of requirements of intelligent level, resource allocation optimization ability and reliability of power grid, the development of smart grid acquires more and more attention. As a part of the smart grid construction, energy data acquire system can realize online monitoring of metering device and the user load, power, voltage, and other important information, in order to enhance the level of intensification, the lean and standardized management of enterprise.However, the current energy data acquire system is not perfect, the overall coverage is low, the user is relatively dispersed, and the function is relatively simple, it is hard to meet the requirements of "three big five" and unified strong smart grid, and difficult to support the execution of time-sharing electricity price, and interactive services. Therefore, trying to make energy data acquire system perfect and developing more application of this system is of great significance.This article selected the Yanqing Beijing as example, and introduced energy data acquire system and its application in demand analysis and forecasting, orderly power consumption and line loss calculation. First of all, on the basis of the study of influence factors of electricity demand and current situation of the development of Beijing Yanqing region, this paper established the mathematical model of neural network prediction, and the data simulation prediction is given based on the MATLAB program. The predicted results can well fit the real data, so the system can be well applied in the electric demand analysis and forecasting. Then, the evaluation index and mathematical model of orderly power consumption is introduced. The specific application of energy data acquire system in orderly power consumption is introduce. However, the orderly power consumption scheme decision-making system and index system needs to be further perfected. In the last, the line loss calculation example and measures of line loss reduction is given based on the Energy data acquire system and actual data of Yanqing district, so the system can monitor to the power load data and provides data base for theoretical calculation of line loss management.
