With the rapid development of electric power technology, the construction of intelligent park has become the main direction of development of smart power grid during electricity utilization phase. It is a important means to reduce the electricity cost, improve the management level of energy efficiency for large clients and enhance the operation efficiency of power grid device. The intelligent park can achieve the real-time interaction between power grid and clients, improve comprehensive service levels of the power grid, strengthen the balanced capacity of regional power grid load, efficiently lower the power consumption cost and enhance the energy utilization efficiency of enterprises.Integrating the structure of actual power utilization status, this essay studies the general construction program of Gansu intelligent park integrated management system. Meanwhile, the essay will draft a detailed design for architecture, function and demand of the acquisition and control system, communication network system and master station management system. Based on management system demand of intelligent power distribution park, this essay aims to design an integrated system architecture which can satisfy the application and business developing demand of power grid enterprise, intelligent park and enterprise client. The essay compiled a detailed design on the function application of acquisition and control system, communication and communication network system and master station management system within the intelligent park.The integration management system construction of Gansu intelligent park achieves cross-park and cross-region information exchange and electric energy complementation, offering a full set of energy utilization management solutions which can efficiently enhances regional load balanced capacity, optimizes power utilization structure within the park, provides energy efficiency analysis and achieves intelligent power utilization within the park. It is with significant practical meaning and value since it will improve the utilization efficiency and balanced capacity of regional power grid load, lower the power cost of enterprise client, and enhance energy utilization level. It will produce tremendous economic and social benefit to park management organization, enterprise user and power grid company, offering a brand new developing strategy for intelligent power grid construction for regions with high ratio of high energy consumption nationwide, especially the western area.
