| In the overall operation of power system, electric energy measuring management is important work. The justice, fair, accuracy and reliability of electric energy measuring work relate to benefits of both power supply and consumption parties involved, so on-site calibrator is a very essential equipment to carry out this task. PEC-H3A device is the one used in all dispatched teams of validation within the scope of Zhejiang province at present. In this research, we study it in practical application to improve the functional limitations in use, so make it more suitable for regional specific validation, and better guarantee the accuracy of metering installation, complete complex wiring check and error connection judgment, achieve automation of on-site validation.First of all, it has studied on-site calibrator in operating principle and technical standard of the three-phase circuit, based on the latest microprocessor technique and digital signal processing technique. It also has analyzed how PEC-H3A on-site calibrator complete power frequency parameter measurement by direct alternating current data acquisition method, how accomplish the comprehensive error test of metering installation in use of electronic multifunctional standard meter method, and how to display integral hexagonal vector diagram. Then, it analyzes based on the software and hardware design of PEC-H3 A calibrator, in view of harmonic having effect on the voltage of electric energy meter in the practical work leads to frequent switching voltage of the equipment and new users have no actual load, so the on-site validation could not judge the secondary wiring, etc.,. We design he current sampling loop which has wide range of working power supply and amplifying transformer with no-load current value, finally it achieves error test of the different load and the complex secondary wiring judgment. |
