The periodic verification of electric energy meter is an important work in the marketing management of power supply enterprises.The calibration cycle of electric energy meter follows the standard nearly twenty years ago.With the continuous progress of electric energy meter manufacturing process,the related management standard is relatively backward,and with the increase of the number of meters,periodically check the workload is increasing,the calibration cycle optimization research is very urgent.In this paper,the typical structure and performance of the meter are analyzed.On the basis of understanding its working principle,the field calibration of the meter is studied in detail.The failure mode and influence analysis(FMEA)method are used to analyze the fault modes and their influence degree of the energy meter,which can be used as a reference to the failure index in the optimization of the calibration cycle of the electric energy meter.A method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is proposed to evaluate the state of power meter,and an index system for evaluating the state of power meter is constructed.The weights of indexes are determined by combining subjective weights with objective weights.The subjective weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the objective weight is determined by entropy weight method.Through the establishment of power analysis model of state evaluation levels,with 6 sets of electric energy meter as the research object,the electric energy meter based on the status of the evaluation of the results of the calibration interval optimization calculation,the new calibration cycle of each meter are obtained.Through this study,to optimize the calibration cycle of energy meter,can be further combined with the running state of power meter in practical application,can guarantee the basic work effect check properly reduce the workload.
