Research And Design Of Intelligent Electric Energy Meter Calibration Instrument

With the rapid development of smart grid,the number of electric energy meter installed in our country is increasing rapidly and the electric energy meter is widely distributed.Test the meter in the laboratory can not meet the production needs.Therefore,the electric energy meter field calibrator is produced.There are a large number of electric energy meters and the management mechanism of the electric energy meter on-site verification is still not perfect.There are three problems in the process of checking the electric energy meter.The first problem is that when the electric energy meter is calibrated,some electrical energy meters are often not checked;second is the staff will be wrong when recording the information of electric energy meter;third is the problems of poor timeliness and even data missed.Based on the above,after understanding the development of energy meter field calibrator,this subject has done the following research:(1)In this paper,the problems of false check and missing detection in field calibration energy meter are studied.GPS positioning technology is used in the energy meter field calibrator to achieve the accurate positioning function of the electric energy meter field calibrator.(2)This paper studies the method of solving the wrong copied information of the electric energy meter.The scanning bar code technology is applied to the electric energy meter field calibrator to realize the fast and accurate collection of electric energy meter information.(3)It studies the problems of data timeliness and even data missed.The wireless communication technology is applied to the field meter calibration instrument to realize the communication of the energy meter field calibrator and the remote server wireless,which improves the data timeliness and stability.(4)The system scheme of positioning,checking the energy meter,scanning the energy meter bar code and uploading the data in real time to the remote server are studied,and the hardware platform construction and software design are completed.(5)Mobile APP with scan function and communication function is designed.In summary,the intelligent electric energy meter calibration instrument can be used in the field of electrical energy meter calibration.It uses the GPS positioning system to accurately locate the calibrator,and uses the WiFi module and the mobile phone to establish wireless communication,which can send verify the results and positioning coordinates to the phone.The mobile phone scans the bar code to obtain the basic information of the electric energy meter,and the basic information of the electric energy meter,the calibration results and the positioning information are transmitted to the remote server through the mobile data network.And then generate the status of the energy meter database and database to complete the table.It improves the work efficiency,and effectively solves the problem of false detection,missing detection,reading error and poor data timeliness and even data missed.
