Research On Post Evaluation Method And Empirica Study Of Distribution Network Construction

As an important basic industry and public utilities of national economic development, the ultimate purpose of developing power is to continuously meet the demand of power under the circumstances that national economic develops rapidly and people’s living standards improves gradually.With the high speed of economic development,the need for electricity is rising up.All kinds of pressure that come with construction of electric power distribution network will continue to emerge, so our country continues to invest huge funds to accelerate the construction and improvement of electric power distribution network.Carrying out post project evaluation on electric power distribution network projects actively could provide the experience for future projects which can increase the investment effect.Research content of this paper is post evaluation study on electric power distribution network projects,and this paper is aimed to provide reference for distribution grid invest project post-evaluation work in power-supply enterprises.This paper has divided the distribution gird invest project post evaluation into four parts:execution process,operation effect, financial benefits,social benefits and sustainability evaluation,established the index system. At the same time, according to the connotation of the specific indexes, this paper gives the detailed scoring method of each index and determines the index weight by using entropy weight method. Finally,this paper sets up the post evaluation model of electric power distribution network project by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and validates the model by using the project of a city in 2011 as an actual case.The project has obtained the certain achievement and benefit, but the financial effect is poor,which needs the enterprise to make better use of funds and increase income.
