As an important infrastructure of people's livelihood and social development,distribution network plays an increasingly important role in improving residents' life quality and promoting socioeconomic development.With the propelling of electric industry reform,China extended the standardization and normalization of transmission network' construction to distribution network' construction,which leads to distribution network facing more and more pressure.In recent years,a large deal of funds are continuously invested in accelerating power grid's construction and modification.Active engagement in project post-evaluation of the distribution network's construction,not only it can sum up the experience and lessons of the completed project,but also it can provide the decision-making basis for deciders,promote the scientification of decision-making and improve the project management.Based on abundant existing researches at home and abroad,this paper systematically expounded the content,method and status quo of the electric post-project evaluation.Aiming at the characteristics of electric company J's distribution network construction,the content of the project post-evaluation is divided into two parts:post-evaluation of the project effectiveness and the project benefit.From these two sections,the feasible evaluating indicators are respectively selected to construct the post-evaluation index system.Considering the index data,this paper utilized the hierarchical grey evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy number to determine each evaluating indicator's weight and membership grade.Finally,the evaluation results of the project are obtained comprehensively.In this paper,the concept of triangular fuzzy numbers is introduced to optimize the analytic hierarchy process,which makes weight distribution more reasonable.From the evaluation results,a conclusion can be draw that the overall goal of the investment and construction in J's distribution network was well completed.Electric company J achieved some results and benefits in the project,but its' electric power lines still exist heavy and overloading phenomena,and its' financial status also needs to improve.In the end,this paper summarized the experience and lessons of the distribution network construction.Directing at the problem in the distribution network project,some optimization suggestions were put forward from the macro and micro levels,providing important reference and guidance to the future construction of the distribution network investment project.
