Researching On The Evaluation Of Distribution Network Planning In Linhe Of Bayannaoer

Urban distribution network is one of the most important elements of power system, because it is a bridge to connect the power and load, laying the important foundation for urban modernization. In recent years, as the social economy of Linhe rapid development, electricity demand for daily life and social production activities and the scale of the distribution network system is increasing. Therefore, power distribution network planning for electric power system is more and more important, the task is more and more difficult. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of distribution network planning has become one of the main research direction of power system.Take the importance of electric power load forecast for power distribution network planning into consideration, the related distribution network planning evaluation theory are summarized in this article, including the basic theory of power distribution network planning, evaluation of the basic theory of power distribution network planning, and comprehensive evaluation theory and method.Second, the overall scheme of the distribution network planning of Linhe are expounded. Analyzing the current situation of distribution network planning, including the analysis of distribution network current situation and the problems existing in the distribution network. Then, this article analyzes growth trend of power load of Linhe; In addition, the article summarizes the distribution network planning of Linhe, including substation locating and sizing and network programming scheme analysis.Finally, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of scientific and reasonable distribution network planning, which give full consideration to the principle of comprehensive evaluation index system building. This article uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine the weights of evaluation indexes at all levels, evaluates urban distribution network planning of Linhe using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. the analysis and evaluation results show that the established evaluation index system can reflect the characteristic of distribution network in the region synthetically and scientifically. In addition, it also can evaluate and study the power distribution network planning of Linhe more accurately.
