The Development And Application Of Power Usage Electricity Information Collection System In WULATEHOUQI

Nowadays, as the power demand is increasing, the quality requirements for power supply are also improving. Power companies relied on traditional techniques and management tools are difficult to ensure the safety and quality of public electricity,so its focus of development has developed from the original production of electricity deep into the electricity management. The traditional way of manual collection of power consumption data have could not meet the needs of modern power management. For this reason,it is very important to build a power consumption data on the collection system which is very unified in function, monitoring point range, collecting content, security and real-time etc.Based on the comparison of the power load management system, residents centralized meter reading system substation meter reading system and other electrical data acquisition system and combined with the supply and distribution characteristics of the Urad Rear Banner utility, we develop the system which collects customers’ power consumption information in Urad Rear Banner. In this paper, the overall structure, software structure and function structure of the system are described. The system adopts a hierarchical design, uses multi-channel access and supports for multi-protocol and multi-terminal. It can realize a variety of applications. It can fulfill the acquisition of the customers’ power consumption information and monitoring of the electric-power RTU. The system can gather and analysis the power consumption information of the low-voltage users, special transformer users, public distribution transformer users and substation users. The system is safe and reliable and it has fast response and can also offer variable analysis of the information. It make a significant contribute to the further improvement of the market management for the utility.Finally,based on the application of information collection system for customers, the paper described and analysis the economic and social benefit generated by applying this system. The developing and using of this system directly fits the need of modern developing of information for the electricity management, and it will create great value.
