Research On The Design And Application Of Power User Information Collection System

With the progress of science and technology and the change of energy development pattern,the dependence of economic and social development on electricity is increasing day by day.Relying on modern information,communication and control technology to actively develop smart grid and realize the transformation of power grid development mode has become a common choice for the international power industry to actively respond to future challenges.In order to realize the timeliness and accuracy of power user data acquisition,the diversity of charging methods,the convenience and efficiency of power consumption service,and improve the satisfaction degree of power customers,a new type of power supply and consumption relationship is constructed between smart grid and power users'power flow,information flow and business flow in real-time interaction,so as to satisfy the power consumption information of various specialties in power enterprises.In urgent need,the State Grid Corporation has formulated a unified technical specification to promote the construction of power user information acquisition system.The power user information acquisition system undertakes the important task of automatic collection,efficient sharing and real-time monitoring of power consumption information.It is the important foundation of intelligent power consumption service system and the important source of user information.The construction of power user information acquisition system conforms to the direction of international power grid development technology and promotes the power grid.In this paper,the power user information acquisition system of a power company is studied.Through the analysis of the demand of a power company for the power user information acquisition system,the development history of the power user information acquisition system,the system architecture,communication management and data of the power user information acquisition system are studied.Key technologies such as management,safety management,system integration,function design of power user information acquisition system,function realization of power user information acquisition system and main research contents are divided into five parts,including power user information acquisition system demand analysis,power user information acquisition system.Energy architecture design,power user electricity information acquisition system network architecture design,power user electricity information acquisition system technical architecture design,power user electricity acquisition system function design,power user electricity acquisition system function realization.
