| A good operation environment of distributing substation ensures the safety and stable operation of the electrical equipment. Normally the existing distributing substation is designed as the indoor based station and it ’s likely to be moist and dewing because of the weak ventilation in the closed environment, thus decrease the insulation strength of the electrified body and lead to partial discharge, therefore bring potential safety dangers to the operation. The moist and dewing environment can also make the components of the control cabinet, the bus room and the switch cabinet going moldy, getting heavy short-circuit and even exploding, finally result in severe safety accident, casualties and heavy property damage. By monitoring the temperature and moisture of the electrical devices cabinet and UHF measurement of the partial discharge based upon the research and development of t he control and online monitoring system of the electrical equipment operation environment of the distributing substation the potential danger of the line can be diminished and eliminated, partial discharge, device aging, material molding and metal rusting can be avoided and finally the device operation environment can be effectively improved and the device life can be prolonged.In this paper the reason of moisture and dewing phenomena in the distributing substation are analyzed. Through the application of the t hermoelectric cooler dehumidification technology a smart intelligent anti-dewing and dehumidification apparatus is developed, which condensing the vapor in the electrical cabinet and draining it out by generating a local dewing condition. Partial discharge is measured by the partial discharge apparatus. The operation environment control and online monitoring system is designed for the distributing substation for real-time temperature and moisture data acquisition inside and outside the electrical cabinet and for timely probing of the potential isolation danger to develop the temperature and moisture control strategy suit for the substation for fast adjusting the temperature and moisture of the distributing substation within the setting range. |
