Evaluation For Navigation Safety Of Very Large Bulk Carrier In Jingtang Port

With the development of large-scale ships,the safety situation of bulk carriers which are the main form of shipping is not optimistic.Jingtang port is an important port in the national economic revitalization strategy.In recent years,the traffic volume of very large bulk carriers has been increasing,and the port navigation situation is grim.In order to minimize and avoid the safety accidents of very large bulk carrier entering and leaving the port,safeguard the safety of life and property,so it has great significance to make an evaluation research for navigation safety of very large bulk carrier in Jingtang port.At present,the research on very large bulk carrier is often focused on one aspect,especially for the evaluation of the navigation safety of very large bulk carriers is rare,the relevant research is generally more qualitative analysis,less objective evaluation.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward the concept of very large bulk carrier which is suitable for Jingtang port,and launches the evaluation research on the navigation safety of very large bulk carrier.Firstly,through literature research and analysis of the actual operation of Jingtang port,simplify the human factors and management factors in the safety system,combined with expert consultation and questionnaire statistics,the evaluation index for navigation safety of very large bulk carrer in Jingtang port is established.Then,the evaluation index is analyzed,the quantitative standard of evaluation index is determined,the weight of index is determined by AHP,and construct the extension evaluation model based on Extenics for navigation safety of very large bulk carrier in Jingtang port.Finally,an example is given to verify the rationality of the evaluation results.On this basis,combined with expert consultation and physical truth,this paper puts forward some risk control suggestions according to the evaluation results,and provides certain reference for offices and pilots,shipping companies,harbour authorities and maritime administrative agencies.The conclusion shows that the research results of this paper have a certain practical significance for improving navigation safety of very large bulk carrier in Jingtang port.
