| Check valves are of the most common application and are also a very important part in the pipeline system, it as one kind of many in the valve, mainly refers to valves only allow the flow of media in the pipeline system along a single direction, it’s opening and closing depends on the media’s flow direction. Stop the normal work of valve in the piping system directly affects the pipeline, pump and the drive device security, serious will endanger the life safety of the working personnel. How to effectively reduce the check valve failure rate, prolong the service life, the traditional test method needs to invest too much time and money, which leads to an increase cost in valve design and production. Based on this, we use the numerical simulation of the new ways and means before doing the experiment to reduce the number of experiments, reducing the valve design and production cost.This thesis firstly analyzed combined with the actual production butterfly check valve in the production of common faults and damaged conditions, in four kinds of structure to determine the fault point improvement design, make the butterfly check valve force is more uniform, prolong the service life of butterfly check valve; Second, the original structure of the butterfly check valve and four kinds of improvement design structure through the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks 3 d model is set up respectively, save as parasolid format (*_x_t), imported into the finite element software ANSYS/Workbench fluid calculation module of Fluent software, using the Fluent software module to meshing area of the flow field, conditions, set up and analysis, to solve the pressure distribution on the disc import as the applied load, strength analysis, in order to gain the disc surface stress distribution and deformation distribution of the cloud. By using finite element simulation software for simulating the original butterfly check valve structure analysis, get the butterfly check valve, the stress and deformation of cloud contrast simulation to get the butterfly check valve of damageable parts is consistent with the actual fault basic, verify the validity of the finite element simulation method. Finally, four kinds of improvement design of the structure of the disc, finite element analysis and comparative analysis of four kinds of improvement design of the structure of the butterfly check valve as a result, the stress distribution and deformation distribution on the surface of the disc to find a uniform stress distribution, the structure of the deformation is small, identified as final butterfly check valve in the form of structure improvement.Numerical simulation results show that the improved butterfly check valve disc, stress has been reduced, the surface suffered form variables have improved than before. Butterfly check valve after the structure is improved in the process of practical application, obtained obvious effect, strength, extend the service life of 6 months or more. Based on the research of the butterfly check valve disc, and also for the structure improvement of the valve and the new valves research and development of finite element analysis to provide certain theoretical reference. |
