Wood frame construction has thousands years of history in China. With the changes of history and the impact of natural disasters, most traditional wooden architecture have been suffered from varying damages, such as crooked flash, settlement, damage, etc. Work on the wooden structure to protect, reinforce and repair ancient buildings has caught growing attention by the public and government. Among them, the technical measures in the wood components correction taken by the reinforcement project have become an important part in engineering and conservation project.At present, the theory and practice of reinforcement correction technology for the wooden architectures still stay in the computer simulation and artificial corrective using leverage. The reference files on automatic control technology in the wood components correction process are rarely reported. This topic combines the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "the assessment, safety limits and performance remaining of ancient wooden condition (51,338,001)", and takes the Yangzhou Yanshang Zhoufujiu house as a model. The real-time information monitoring and corrective feedback control system is developed. The main woks is as follows:(1) By collecting the data on Zhoufujiu house and studying the methods on correcting technical, the situation about distort and damage condition is attained.(2) By using the optimizing plan, a set of hydraulic control system is designed which is armed at the feedback information and control system on timber frame correction reinforcement mechanism. The overall functional requirement is to real-time record and show the displacement deviation value(amount of feedback), the tension-propping force in mechanical device, the start-stop condition of motor, the working state of hydraulic system, the query of historical data, curves and alarm, etc.(3) By using the above apparatus and control system to conduct various experiments in reduced physical model of Yangzhou Zhoufujiu house. And then the results are compared with tradition test ones, which shows that there is good agreement between the two situations and the feasibility of the control system.(4) The possible problems and improvement methods are proposed in order to realize automation control gradually for the deviation correcting of the wooden frame component.
