The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Monitoring System Of 500kV Jianshan Substation

With the development of economic, the problem of power shortage becomes more serious in our country. This problem already impedes the development of industries and the daily life of residents. In order to meet the demand of power supply, the State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company will carry out the technical transformation in 500 kv Jianshan substation, developing the intelligent monitoring system of substation environment(IMSSE) is an important work of the transformation project.In this paper, the requirement analyses on business requirement, performance requirement, functional requirement and technical requirement are done firstly. At the same time, the in-depth analyses on technical norms, data communication technology,database technology and the technology of Ajax are carried out. On the basis of identifying the technical route of IMSSE of 500 kv Jianshan substation, the system architecture, database and function modules of the system are designed. At last, on the basis of IEC61850, Ajax and My SQL, the IMSSE of 500 kv Jianshan substation is established. The practicability and performance of this system are verified by system testing. The establishment of IMSSE of 500 kv Jianshan substation could improve the management level of substation greatly, and it is also a salutary attempt of developing information technology of power grid company under smart grid.
