With the rapid development of China’s economy, the current power industry automation control systems are increasingly high requirements. For the combustion process of the boiler, if the whole process automation and control systems for, you can ensure that the air supply and the optimal ratio to the amount of powder, so that the boiler combustion process is always maintained at the optimum operating point, to achieve economy burning. Since the operation of boiler combustion process is a complex system of many interference and coupling, so varying a control parameter, nonlinear, large and large dead zone lag problems, while coal combustion process in the presence of coal-fired complex species mixed and low calorific value differences such problems. If the application of this general PID control and conventional combustion control scheme can not get good control effect.In this text, the boiler combustion control system for the study, for boiler combustion control system for powder control system, control system and the wind blowing control system for research. First, about the background and significance of the boiler combustion control system, and based on the existing boiler system problems proposed improvements to optimize boiler combustion control system, while the dynamic characteristics of the boiler work, the purpose of the boiler combustion adjustment factors, boiler demand characteristics of combustion control systems, and existing combustion control program to analyze, compare, proposed an improved boiler combustion control scheme, and to explore the boiler combustion system based on the control program coordination optimal control strategy, including boiler feed powder control system, air supply control system, the wind control system strategy and optimization and boiler combustion control system parameter optimization results inspection. At the same time explores the economic parameter variations boiler thermal optimization modeling and analysis of oxygen and various economic parameters for calculating the partial derivative of flue gas oxygen content, etc., and the boiler combustion control subsystem verification and optimization of control strategies for improvement part DCS achieved.With the rapid development of power industry, boiler combustion process optimization adjustment there is a big room for development and energy saving. Future still need to constantly improve the theoretical aspects of boiler combustion process optimization, better improve boiler operation of the economy, to boost the overall level of electricity to run the enterprise.
