Electric power industry is the industry of our country is the pillars of the national economy, its development is very important to the development of the national basic industry, related to the people’s livelihood. Electric power industry is always the focus of countries all over the world to give priority to the development of the power industry development, only, other industries will be the foundation of the development of security, at the same time, and the electric power industry is also closely linked with people’s life. The rapid development of Chengdu network economy will bring great pressure to the Chengdu Power Grid Dispatching Operation Management and production management, and at the mean time, it also has a great significence for the construction and development of Chengdu grid. Operation and construction of the whole power grid dispatching and monitoring system is very important, it is the nerve centre of the entire power grid dispatching.In order to meet the building automation system of urban and rural power grid, meet customer’s demand, Chengdu grid need for new development of the electric power dispatching and monitoring system, the existing system has been unable to meet the needs of the grid Chengdu. The topic analyses further demand for electric power dispatching and monitoring system of power grid of Chengdu function module master design, the paper carried out the design and implementation of SCADA subsystem power dispatching and monitoring system, human-computer interface module design, implementation and integration of SCADA/GIS/DAS the WEB subsystem design and implementation.
