The power grid dispatching automation system with computer software technology as the core has become an important way for the daily management of power systems.It provides more detailed real-time data of grid operation for power system dispatching centers,and provides reference for working for power grid dispatchers.It is an important development trend of power grid dispatching work in future.In this paper,based on the analysis of the requirements of the power grid dispatching automation system of Y City Power Grid,the functional modules of the master station are designed.In the process of design,C# development technology is selected as the development platform and language of the system.SERVER 2008,the designed grid dispatching automation system will play a more important role in the power grid of the entire Y-city power grid in the future.The paper mainly completed the following aspects:1.This thesis takes the design and implementation of the power dispatching automation system of Y City as the research object,based on the research on the relevant theories and key technologies of the power grid dispatching automation system,such as SQL SERVER 2014 database,C# development technology,etc.Sex demand and non-functional requirements are analyzed in the demand of the Y city power grid dispatching automation system,taking into account the economic feasibility and technical feasibility of the system.2.Based on the demand analysis,the detailed design of the power distri bution dispatching automation system in Y City is carried out.The design and development process of the whole system is explained with the focus on the SCADA subsystem.In addition,the function realization of each module is implemented.,equipment selection and key hardware design,software flow chart,etc.,give a specific database form design example.3.The paper also introduces the realization process of the main modules of the system,gives some source code and running screenshots of the main functi onal modules of the system,and explains the test situation of the system,such as the functional interface management,operation management,etc.of the system..The system finally passed the test,and the test results show that its operation function and results meet the design requirements,which better improves the technical management level of “regulation and integration” of Y urban power grid.4.The design and implementation of the SCADA subsystem of the Y-city power grid dispatching automation system designed in this paper is designed with the combination of human-machine interface module and SCADA/GIS/DAS integrated module design.It has broken through the previous single SCADA module.At the same time,the design of the WEB subsystem of the system realizes the feature of no flicker refreshing of the WEB page,greatly reducing the burden on the WEB server and reducing the network data traffic,and is innovative;in addition,the system also performs data collection.The design of the processing modu le provides the system with the acquisition function of the site on-site operation data,and provides relevant decision support for the management personnel in the scheduling work.In the future,it will play a more important reference role for the entire Y city and county-level power grid dispatching work.
