As China's major oil refining and petrochemicals enterprises developed and expanded, and the scale of the power system has been enlarged, the reliability of power supply demanded are higher and higher, the power scheduling needs real-time grasp various electrical equipment operating status and real-time data information of whole power grid, so that the operation of power grids can be in a controlled state, and also achieve security, stability, economic operation of power grid. So it is very important to build grid dispatching automation system of refining and petrochemicals enterprises, it is imperative. It offers a power technology means to assure the safety of electric system.Dependent on this power grid dispatching automation system design, Daqing Refining and Petrochemicals Enterprise power grid dispatching automation has high security and practicability. The structure is clear, and the user interface is friendly. System which has been constructed and put into operation is in running stable and reliable. With the dispatching automation system is used, it greatly increases the automation level. We obtain better practical and economy profit in using the system.
