Hulunbeier Power Grid Dispatch Automation System Design And Realization

The development of power grids requires higher functions of dispatching automation system of power grids. Automatic dispatching system need completely development of the AGC / PAS / DTS applications function, that is from simple safety monitoring system to the integrated scheduling automation system which can conduct security surveillance, automatic generation control, economic scheduling, and integrated data application. Ultimately it meets safe operation of power grids, economic operation mode, and major operation analysis of power grids. Mainly based on characteristics of the HulunBuir network grid, this paper describes system design and implementation of dispatching automation of power grids. A detailed narrative is given to the system architecture, system functions, and functional requirements. The system has a clear structure, user-friendly interface. And it is worth of promotion. At present, the SCADA / EMS system of Hulun-Buir Network has been put into operation. And it passes practical examination of a higher organization. The system achieves the requirements of functional design and operation stability. Its friendly interface, easy operation, good performance and reliable function, access to the use of authorized personnel.
