Fault recording system is a kind of can automatically record state of electric power network and all kinds of electric parameters such as voltage, current,power device,mainly used to detect the action of relay protection and safety automatic device,under the condition of the whole power grid network anomaly or shock,can real-time electric power network equipment once the change process of electric parameters,effective validation failure time,place,and the fault type,completion of the electrical equipment data information real-time monitoring,various electric parameters recorded wave test and study on the fault wave record device to determine abnormal or volatile data, in view of the action result protection range and determine the location of the fault occurred,real-time display equipment abnormal running state,to ensure the electric power network safe operation.JingPing-ⅡHydropower Plant on Yalong river Liangshan prefecture, Sichuan province,installed 4.8 million kW,belongs to the important hydropower cascade hydropower stations,is \ "China\" hub source,in the whole power network not only supply high quality clean energy source,and have played an important role in peaking and frequency modulation and emergency. As an important source of hydropower unit,in the power system must be established to improve the fault test record system,making timely complete the operation of the whole factory equipment and the number recorded in the correct measurement,accurate records,especially the failure cases of waveform recording is very necessary.According to JingPing-ⅡHydropower Plant fault wave record system design,development and use of software,analysis software project management knowledge system,using UML modeling language,writing software programs,to implement JingPing-ⅡHydropower Plant fault wave record system function. The author on the basis of the characteristics of the actual needs of users and software,to screen fault wave record of secondary hydropower system definition, applying the idea of object-oriented modeling,according to the definition of system,using UML modeling language,build up the fault wave record device model,classes and objects for all of the equipment to distinguish, implement JingPing-ⅡHydropower Plant fault wave record system analysis and development. By describing the system implementation,realize the real-time detection and display of the fault wave record system,query curve,fault wave record, protection action analysis,etc. In the process of analysis and research of the software system,JingPing-ⅡHydropower Plant recording device of measuring data information business procedures,processes,structure form, research unit of the related effect,adopt UML unified modeling language,JAVA programming software system and object-oriented technology,the detail data information,the realizing methods of fault diagnosis,information access and remote alarm,fully illustrates the feasibility of the design. The software system,through theoretical research and development and the actual test applications,it is concluded that the test results meet the performance requirements.
