Investment Risk Management Research On Project Of Weifang Changwei Logistics Park

Logistics industry in China has got a big leap with the rapid development of economics. It has become one of the most growth potential in the industry. On this account, many kinds of logistics park are emerging in multitude, and large scale construction of logistics park plays an important part in improving China’s logistics and economic development. As a new thing in the process of modern logistics development, logistics park construction is still in an initial stage in China. Even though all kinds of logistics park can be seen throughout, it is rarely to operate well after the construction. The reasons include that no investment risk analysis and the huge economic losses brought by decision-making mistakes. According to the situation that construction of logistics parks is striding ahead, In this study, we chose Weifang changwei logistics park as the object. this paper aimed to recognise risk of the project by some special ways, e.g. SWOT analysis, Delphi method, etc, which brings certain forth new ideas. On the other hand, we use some quantitative analysis methods, such as analytic hierarchy process,survey scoring method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to analyze the investment risk construction project of Weifang changwei logistics park comprehensively and deeply, which provides with scientificity and accuracy. On the basis of previous studies, it comes up with some specific strategies that are help to control investment risk of the project.This study supposed to explore how to control investment risk of logistics parks construction project. In a short, it will be remarkbale if the discovery could be use as a source of reference.This paper is divided into six chapters:the first part is the introduction, mainly the research background and significance of the topic, literature review, research methods are introduced. The second part is the project investment risk management basic theory, mainly discusses the logistics park, the project risk management, project investment risk theory, to lay a foundation for the. Third part is the analysis of Weifang Changwei logistics park project market, on the market environment of the project conducted a comprehensive analysis by using the SWOT analysis method. The fourth part is the Weifang Changwei logistics park project investment risk identification and evaluation, respectively, to invest in the logistics park project risk factors were identified, and these factors were assessed. The fifth part of the Weifang Changwei logistics park project investment risk and prevention strategy are analyzed, summarizes from two aspects of risk monitoring and risk response. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the research results of the thesis, and points out the future research direction.
