Research On Investment Risk Of Overseas Railway Logistics Park Project Of Chinese Enterprises

With the implementation of China's “One Belt and One Road” national policy,coupled with the strengthening of China's overall economic strength,more and more Chinese enterprises have begun to go abroad in recent years and seek new opportunities for growth in overseas markets.Thanks to China's world-leading railway construction technology and the rich experience of Chinese companies in the field of infrastructure construction,Chinese enterprises have increasingly invested in the construction of overseas railway logistics park projects.However,unlike the domestic stable social,economic and political environment,the overall overseas investment and construction environment has great uncertainty,especially in some less-developed countries and regions,social turmoil,political instability and other factors are given to our enterprises.Overseas project investment has brought high risks.However,from the overall situation,the opportunity is greater than the challenge.Whether or not the risks in overseas investment and construction can be correctly identified and recognized has become the key to the success of Chinese companies' overseas investment.At the same time,due to the difference in the domestic and international environment,the successful practice and experience of domestic enterprises in China cannot be completely copied to overseas projects.This requires Chinese enterprises to re-investigate and analyze the investment and construction of overseas logistics park projects.The strategy of "going out" itself was successfully implemented.Based on the above background and current situation,this study takes the investment construction risk of Chinese-funded enterprises in overseas railway logistics park projects as the research object,applies risk management theory,comprehensive evaluation theory and other theoretical knowledge,and combines the actual situation of Chinese companies in overseas projects.Companies investing in overseas railway logistics park projects invest in construction risks.This study is divided into seven parts.The first part describes the research background,research content,research purpose and significance.At the same time,on the basis of the predecessors,the predecessors' research on investment risks and related fields in overseas railway logistics parks were analyzed.The second part studies the characteristics of the general railway logistics park in China and the basic theory of investment risk,and provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up research.The third part is based on the actual situation of Chinese-funded enterprises investing in overseas railway logistics park projects,analyzing the causes and mechanisms of project investment and construction risks,and identifying the main risks of Chinese-funded enterprises in the investment and construction of overseas railway logistics park projects.The fourth part of the study builds on the conclusions of the third part and builds a risk assessment index system and evaluation model for Chinese-funded enterprises to invest in overseas railway logistics park projects.In the fifth part of the study,the A Railway Logistics Park project invested by the China Railway 21 st Bureau in Mongolia was used to verify the indicator system and model for actual cases.The results show that the index system and evaluation model constructed can be applied to the Chinese Enterprises in the overseas railway logistics park project investment construction risk assessment.In the sixth part of the research,based on the research and analysis of the investment risk factors of Chinese-funded enterprises in overseas railway logistics park projects,a targeted risk control mechanism and means are given.The last part of the research is the summary and research prospects of this article.This research standpoints on the participation of Chinese-funded enterprises in investment construction and studies the risks of project investment.Through this study,it aims to find out the risk factors of Chinese-funded enterprises in the investment and construction of overseas railway logistics park projects and provide a scientific risk assessment system helps Chinese companies discover and scientifically assess risks,reduce the risk of participating in investment construction,and obtain project success.
