Since 1998 the country abolitied the welfare housing system, the real estate industry in China have developed rapidly and expanded real estate development. Which has become a pillar industry of national economy. However, due to soaring real estate prices, real estate finance and increased risk of overheating the economy and people’s livelihood and other issues, by the national macro-control policy, housing prices in some cities began to decline. Although three years, the central bank decided to cut the deposit reserve ratio, but this is only the domestic economic slowdown, by the end of the context of tight money supply, monetary authorities adopted a loose liquidity fine-tuning, this is not for the real estate industry, but not for the special real estate macro control measures. External financing of real estate companies in difficult circumstances, the reasonable allocation of resources, effective use of funds, real estate development projects continue to develop effective management is the core issue.Real estate development projects and other industries, with a large investment, long construction period, in the process of building faces more unpredictable factors. Developers who will face the inevitable risk rating from the initial project investment to the project put into use,which is a very complex process. This process involves a number of different professionals involved, and involves a series of independent but interrelated coordination of activities, in addition to external factors such as national policy by control factor larger. If you do not guard against it will affect the real estate development projects smoothly. Real estate developers during the project risk management, risk management, when is taken in the risk management process to identify risks, analyze risk, manage risk, control risk in order to enable enterprises to better manage investment risk. For the study of real estate development enterprises is particularly important. Current risk management research in China at an early stage, which also led to real estate development project risk analysis and management is not perfect, that aspect of the study needs to be strengthened.This paper firstly real estate project risk management theory, analysis, and then describes the real estate development project risk management framework, these two parts are the theoretical basis of this article for later in Jinan, Shandong International Power high to do real estate development project risk management bedding, Part IV to force a high international real estate development project for the study, a brief introduction to power high international real estate development projects and external environment, the focus of the project development phase of risk identification and analysis, Part V for the previously mentioned risk given the corresponding risk response measures. The last part is the article’s conclusions and further research which is needed to ask.
