The main use of PDC A cycle from the quality control plan, quality control, implementation, quality inspection, quality improvement, four aspects on Jinyuan mall total quality management, at the same time expand Jinyuan malls quality control level evaluation, timely find problems in the process of quality control, and improvement.Thesis using the theory of total quality management, from the perspective of quality control plan, main component project construction quality control，quality inspection, construction quality change, launched a study on the total quality management system, build the Laizhou city Jinyuan malls PDCA cycle of construction project quality control system.In the PDCA cycle, on the basis of quality control system, the paper system combined with analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive department of Laizhou city Jinyuan construction project quality control level to evaluate，build with PDCA cycle to ensure system, the PDCA cycle running system, engineering entity quality three aspects for the primary index of the quality control level evaluation system. Through the questionnaire survey of Laizhou city Jinyuan mall project, further through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, concluded that j Jinyuan malls in quality control aspects of the comprehensive level, and discover the problems in the quality control, improve it.
