The Practice And Research Of Construction Quality Managementin Construction Engineering

Constructional Engineering(GE), which characteristic long period、monomer、mobility and complication, is a systematic and compressive project. The terminal products of GE is a main arena that serves people’s daily life and work(People spend most of their lifetime on accommodation、study、entertainment、and work).Compared to other engineering products, GE is more closely to people’s daily life. Therefore, close attention is payed to the quality of GE due to the tight relationship between people’s safety and GE. However, the quality problem puzzles GE which results in tremendous quality accidents.The factors that influence the quality of constructional products consist of designation、exploration、construction、supervision、planation and so on. The government also play important role in quality controlling. Considering most of the factors would serve construction, quality management of construction is of great importance to improve the level of quality management and optimize the constructional products.This thesis primarily expound the theory of quality management of GE, followed by giving a brief introduction to the conception of it. Then, the rules、characteristics、process and influence factors of GE were analyzed. Based on the above, the Baihong·Xuefu city(name of a construction) is studied as an example to reflect the problems and ways of resolution of GE. The method of survey、practice and analysis were used in this study.The current situation of Baihong·Xuefu city is analyzed including expound the problems and difficulties in quality management. The pile foundation is used as an example to further analyze theproblems and difficulties. The influence of workers、materials、machines are also discussed.The quality management system、quality control system of Baihong·Xuefu city were introduced, some suggestions of improve the quality of Baihong·Xuefu city were given.
