Research On Quality Management In Shouguang Zhengyang Garden Project

Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy, with the rapid development of construction industry and the competition after China’s accession to the WTO, the problems of engineering quality have become increasingly prominent. So the research how to improve the quality of the project is the core purpose of this paper.on the basis of total quality management related theory and absorbing the excellent practical experience of quality management both at home and abroad, this article takes the project of Shandong Shouguang Zhengyang garden as the research object, analyzes the present situation of quality management and sums up the various problems occurred in the process of management. Then this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to some problems faced by project, that is, from people, materials, mechanical equipment, construction method and environment five factors of comprehensive control project from feasibility study, decision-making, design, construction to consign is used, etc. The quality of each stage, especially the quality control of construction stage.This article used the related technology of total quality management and established the QC quality team to control the real construction process quality, won a good social effect and economic benefits.
