Along with the development of market economy,the construction industry constantly norms,engineering quality is increasingly highlight its importance,the project quality determines whether the production and operating activities of enterprises can be carried out smoothly,but also related to people’s life and property security,and the project quality is decided by the quality level of management of enterprise,so construction enterprises have begun to study how to improve the quality of the project management level,enhance their market competitiveness,reduce costs,ensure the smooth development of enterprises to.HXFF building engineering quality is very important,it is directly related to the safety production run smoothly and staff.To ensure the quality of the project reached excellent standard,must adopt the reasonable quality management standards and methods,to ensure the smooth progress of the project.So the research on the quality management is very important in this project.In this paper,combined with the construction practice of civil engineering HXFF plant,introduces the current situation of quality management at home and abroad,analyzes the present situation of HXFF plant construction project quality management and the existing problems,and focused on the methods and measures to improve the quality management level.This project mainly adopts PDCA circulation method for project quality management,first of all establish quality goals,planning from the human resources,the mechanical resource,material resource,construction method,construction and other aspects of the environment,take effective measures to ensure the achievement of the quality objectives,and then puts forward some concrete measures for the main project quality control,through the establishment of QC group of quality control,and quality management status of the improved were evaluated,finally introduces the project quality management assurance measures,establish the quality management system,to achieve the quality objectives.
