With the rapid development of economy in our country, the subway enterprises have also made remarkable achievements. But construction process of subway will be restricted by the factors of production environment, technical equipment, management level and so on.Then safety problems and various kinds of accidents are springing up constantly. Safety accidents have occurred in succession in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Guangzhou, xi’an and other places in the process of construction of the subway. How to predict accurately and monitor safety accidents in the process of subway construction, is the research emphasis in this thesis.Safety monitoring of traditional subway is only depend on artificially sampling data of structure (such as stress, deformation, etc.) periodically, so it exists a lot of defects. First, artificial sampling monitoring data on a regular basis leads to late data sampling and alarming late; Second, due to lack of alarm technique in the construction process and depending on the personnel experience and operation of the construction, it is easy to cause accident of construction; Third, lack of personnel location monitoring method, it fails to timely monitoring of builders’ location; Fourth, due to the limitation of construction environment, the traditional monitoring method can only monitor some locations that is easy to operate by builders and unable to monitor complex locations.The rise of Internet of things provides a new opportunity for informatization of subway technology and the safety of construction.This topic is based on the background of Internet of things. Because of Wuhan Metro construction safety-related requirements, This thesis design and implement a set of automatic monitoring, real-time early warning, real-time positioning, personnel and equipment information management as one complete sub way system. And it includes real-time monitoring, positioning, early warning systems.As subway accident tend to be concentrated in the tunnel, air shaft, pit, communicating passage and other locations, and the Wuhan Metro needs cross-river tunnel, dangerous often more concentrated. Therefore, this system is mainly concentrated in the area to monitor the cross-river tunnel, Wuchang, Hankou air shaft and air shaft, excavation, tunneling between the communicating passage. Monitoring is intended primarily for structure (shield film, and some of the key pressures reinforced concrete, deformation), personnel (staff position and security situation), the device (the device’s location and construction of the security situation), the environment (tunnel under some dangerous gases such as CO, NO, gas, etc.).The system not only effectively overcomes the defects of traditional monitoring methods, but also has the various advantages like comprehensive monitoring, real-time warning, personnel positioning and equipment widely exiting. Firstly, it collects monitoring data periodically and in real-time by using the wireless technique so that it can receive overall data and can achieve real-time warning in danger as well as prevent dangerous by data analysis. Secondly, the early warning system uses the technologies like ultrasonic, infrared, Zigbee which can enhance the real-time and accuracy of the system in the process of construction. Thirdly, the positioning system combines Zigbee and ultrasonic technology with the Calman filter to greatly improve its accuracy. Fourthly, the device has the advantages of small volume, low power consumption, and through wireless transmission, so it can be deployed in the hazardous area where personnel can not enter and make monitoring more comprehensive.
