The Study of substation automation system has carried out since last century.Researchers has been work really hard since 1980 s.Now the concept of intelligent substation is just pronounced.It is a great change from the tranditional substation which only has few automational functions like remote controlling and so on.The intelligent substation is still in its infancy in China.According to IEC61850 standards which stipulates the communication and information model in substation, lots of intelligent substation are built.At present,the number of intelligent substation increases day by day so as the need of acceptance of intelligent substations.Acceptance of equipmets,acceptance of function loops and the entire substation acceptance are three parts of the acceptance.At present,the processof acceptance loop and overall acceptance involve a number of project.Using traditional manual is easily omitted.Secondly,each loop involves multiple intelligent devices,the acceptance process need to find and position device error quickly.Using traditional acceptance may consume hunman and material resources.This paper introduces the design of intelligent substation acceptance help system.The system is based on the function loops to help making sure the error place.The main works of this paper are:1. By studying the internal network devices and control systems,including packet analysis recorder,network monitoring system.They has limits in the acceptance requirements of the intelligent substaitons.2. Building substation accesptance help system software architecture.According to the IEC61850 standards,the component library is built.Parsing SCD files makes information model built dynamically possible.3. Basing on the function loop templates and SCD files which is used for building information structure of intelligent substation dynamically,the maximum weight method is used to get the acceptance list which is used in the acceptance.4. According to the analysis of GOOSE and MMS messages,check the acceptance table.If the trigger condition is met,the typical sencondary side devices which are involved in the typical function loop in the instance acceptance table can show.The connection relationship needs to be displayed according to the contents of the message.If some message which need to be catched are missing,the typical error may leads to the device which need to send the message.According to the acceptance table,the device can be sure in the second.It is the function loop acceptance help.5. To achieve the acceptance of the intelligent substations system and to complete the remote control and remote measurement function loop tests.
