Design Of 66kV Intelligence Substation

Intelligent substation is the main part of strong smart grid, since July 2009, the ministry of infrastructure of State Grid Corporation of China has carried out two batches of pilot project constructions. from 2011, all the new transformer substations carrying out intelligent substation design and construction are all in accordance with the technical requirements of Intelligent substation. Nowadays our 66 kV Transformer substation automation system has been basically popularized, monitoring, relay protection, automatic safety devices adapt the intelligent technology. With the development of intelligent technology, advanced electronic technology is increasingly much more mature. On this basis, the application of intelligent transformer, breaker, electronic transformer and a secondary device can further develope the intelligent transformer substation, under this background this dissertation begins.By the use of Intelligent digital technology 66 kV transformer substation intelligent design which can digitize information collection, transmission, processing, measurement feedback and output, and the network communication, model and unified communication protocol, intelligent equipment, automatic operation management means to establish transformer substation intelligent architecture. On the basis of IEC61850 communication standard foundation,the transformer Intelligent substation is hierarchical construct of intelligent equipment and network two equipment.It can realize information sharing and inter-operation between intelligent electrical equipment.We make Intelligent Framework and design scheme of Transformer substation standing on the aspect of The actual production and Construction Perspective,studying Substation intelligent design scheme,analyzing researches on intelligent substation construction in and out,comparing conventional and intelligent substation with the existing equipment intelligent level and primary and secondary equipment chosen according to typical design requirements of State Grid Corporation of China of intelligent substation.From the aspect of Intelligent substation automatic protection and operation test,we improve the function of Substation intelligent.in order to make strong guarantee for operation of production.At last,we discuss the future tendency of Intelligent substation from primary equipment intellectualization.and secondary system intellectualization.
