This thesisresearchsthe main software functionAccording to thecalibration theory andmethod to theoscilloscope,then analysesSoftware needs of this subject.(2) The design of the local control software based on WindowsCE system. This thesis completesthe design of human-computer interface,the instrument parameter setting function and keyboard message dealing operation,establishes local server,realizesthe communication between local controlled software and remote control software through SCPI instruction.(3)The instrumentdriver designing.This thesis usesthe concept of dynamic library,designs control driver interface between upper software and bottom hardware,completes communication Through equipment control command.Through the above research,this thesis finished thecontrolsoftware design ofOscilloscope Calibrator,which include human-computer interface and instrumentdriver,then do some tests to verify the functions of this control software,the results proved that all the functions meeting the requirements.
