OLED lighting device is a new type of light source as known as the fourth generation of lighting revolution after incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp, and OLED lamp. It has efficiency energy conservation, large-area lighting, soft light, bendable and rollable, non-ultraviolet, low heat, no mercury and other advantages. OLED is the high-tech product of environmental, energy-saving and healthy, and its manufacturing, using, and recycling is low pollution. In recent years, many world famous enterprises have invested a lot of resources for OLED lighting technology development and industrialization layout.The research purpose of this paper is mainly getting the OLED device emitting light distribution characteristics through the TracePro OLED lighting devices for optical design and simulation, comparing with the theoretical calculation of the light rate for OLED device structure optimization. And testing color rendering index CRI of OLED implemented by SpecWinLight according the PR655 spectrum data.And use the OLED lighting device as a light source open and close automatically through the design of infrared control system.Firstly, the luminescent principle of OLED lighting devices, the features and working principlesof TracePro and SpecWin Light softwareswere introduced, and the Light rate of OLED lighting device was studied. Secondly, by using TracePro software, each layers and characteristics of OLED lighting device were defined, OLED lighting device simulation model was established, the optical distribution characteristics of OLED lighting device were simulated, and the actual simulation light rate was the same withthe theoretical calculation of the light rate.Thirdly, by using SpecWin Light software to analyze the spectral data measured by spectrophotometer PR650, get the CRI characteristic parameters of OLED lighting device were gained.Finally,by introducing the infrared control system, the OLED lighting system can be automatically controlled.The TracePro software simulation work helps to further understand and master the OLED light distribution characteristics.Based on the SpecWin Light software,the CRI test system was established. On the basis of the above works, the infrared control systemof OLED lighting system was studied and designed.The automatic control of OLED lighting system was realized, which enlarged the application scope of the company in the OLED lighting, consolidated the leading edge of a company in the field of domestic OLED industry status, paved the way for the company’s further research and development in the field of OLED lighting laid.
