The variation of aiming baseline is one of the important parameters of the optical collimator. It is the optical indicator to measure the stability of the product structure, which is related to the hit rate of shooting machine. The detection of this parameter is of great significance to the product quality evaluation. For the research status, the development trend and the actual demand of this parameter,a zero position instrument based on the OLED digital alignment readout is proposed. The detection principle of the instrument is modeled and the specific design is carried out.According to the present situation of OLED resolution on the market,a 8.4 "(2560×1600)OLED display is used as the electronic division. The pre-projection imaging system is used to make image, then through the collimating re-imaging,the required range of ±10mil and the resolution of 0.015 mil is achieved. The telecentric optical path design is used in the pre-projection imaging system, and the constant magnification and large depth of field can reduce the difficulty of installation and adjustment of the instrument. The collimating objective adopts the structure of telephoto lens, which can effectively compress the length of the system.Large-format and high-resolution OLED is used as a digital reticle, which can generate the splitting sight line under the program control, and the alignment reading value of the aiming baseline can be achieved.Compared with the traditional zero testing instrument, the complicated mechanism of micro reading subdivision is abandoned, and it has simple structure, convenient operation. The analysis results show that in the ±10mil measurement range, the measurement precision can reach 0.0189 mil, which can meet the zero detection needs in the current and future time.
