The topic is to development of printing and dyeing industry comprehensive utilization of solar energy and circular economy based on programmable logic controller(PLC) engineering systems(solar system), aiming at solving the problems of dyeing industry, such as energy use, heat energy consumption situation, workshop area and layout, make full use of abundant solar energy resources in the areas of southern Jiangsu Province, waste heat and other renewable energy resources. Collecting data through the industrial bus form from all the sensors, pressure gauge, etc., Monitoring the field switch, valve, etc., through the software design of control procedures, and can work in a variety of ways, such as in situ operation mode, remote operation mode, automatic process control and so on, to centralized control manages the equipment, and monitor the running status, which are convenient for trouble shooting. And through PLC reforms the remote control system of the solar heating system, greatly reduce the use of other components, make the system wiring is simple, convenient maintenance and improve reliability, can timely and accurately reflect the site information, which provide effective production decision support data for management.
