Country’s development and energy supply relationship is inseparable, due to the rapid increase in the number of the earth, the emphasis on energy has reached quite high degree. As the fastest growing in recent decades, the most stable, and economic benefit is one of the best renewable energy, wind power is widely to use. As the most important equipment in wind power system, wind generator manufacturing cost, manufacturing level and running stability about wind power industry’s ultimate interests. As the input of the low speed into a generator to the rated speed of an important component of the growth of boxes of each link of the fan is the most prone to the problem. So simulation research into the dynamics of growth in the box is very necessary.Based on the growth of gear transmission system as the research basis, with growth in the box in the main parts of the gear and bearing as the research object. First of all, through the growth of fan box transmission forms and characteristics of the commonly used comparative analysis, determined the transmission scheme of the growth of box; Distribution of transmission ratio and power, determine the main parameters of transmission parts in the system.Then, by using Solidworks software to establish three-dimensional model of the fan growth box; Growth in cases of 3 d model into dynamics analysis software ADAMS, the adding constraints, drive and load a dynamic model of growth in the box.Finally, set up in ADAMS, the contact parameters of the simulation parameters, and kinematics simulation for growth gearbox transmission; For growth in the cases of planetary gear train sun wheel broken teeth processing, analyze the barycentric position of the fault before and after the failure of change and the change of meshing force of time domain and frequency domain; Parallel shaft driving the growth of wind generator box of intermediate shaft bearing roller did reduce the diameter of processing, the growth of cases before and after treatment were rolling bearing model of rotation speed, the force analysis of the contrast.
