With the development of society, excavators as the main models of the more prominent machinery in China’s construction industry position,more and more of them are used in a wide variety of construction based on the type and number of it. The working environment of excavator are generally varied, it will be often work to accomplish a lot of difficult action, so it is particularly important to design reasonable hydraulic system. Excavator had resource consumption similarly, it generated dust, noise and emissions during construction and it has had a major impact on environment.Researching a large number of domestic and international access to relevant information about the excavator’s hydraulic system, Analyzing the history of the excavator and its basic hydraulic system.The article makes a detailed comparison and summary of excavator hydraulic control system and the energy loss of the main reasons in different working conditions,the paper through different measures to analysis excavator hydraulic system in energy efficiency at home and abroad have taken.The paper made the object SY220 excavator of study and provides a brief analysis for its hydraulic system, Calculated parameters of its power cylinders match and work equipment. According to the energy requirements of the excavator hydraulic system control, The paper analyzed energy consumption for excavators in different conditions produced. The potential energy is not recovered when boom descent, The paper presented to reuse the potential energy when boom during descent. For the design of energy-saving programs to build mathematical models and selected accumulators specific model by calculating. Using AMESim software to establish a simulation model of this system and conducted a systematic analysis the relationship between the quantitative parameters and variable parameter, Systematic analysis of the influence in the hydraulic system by setting each variable parameters established for energy recovery speed, and analyzes the energy recovery system based on excavators affect operating effect. Control scheme is proposed for variable parameter simulation results the maximum energy recovery effect growing.
