Study On The Preparation Technology Of Asphalt Rubber And Its Equipment

In recent years,the number of waste tires in China increased year by year, if we don’t recycle the waste tires, so it will not only waste the resources, but also bring a series of environmental problems.And with the increase of vehicles,people on the pavement performance requirements are also increasing, the rubber asphalt can not only make the waste tires recycling and reuse, but also improve the performance of asphalt.Therefore, this paper carried out the research of rubber asphalt preparation technology and production equipment, the research ideas are as follows:(1)To analyze the performance of rubber asphalt,influencing factors and the modification mechanism, to determine the rubber asphalt preparation technology of the best technological process parameters;(2)Introduced two basic production process of rubber asphalt, and through the analysis and comparison of the mechanical mixing method and high-speed shear method,and adopted the mechanical mixing method;(3)According to the production process and process parameters, taking an example of rubber asphalt equipment which productivity is 20t/h,design the key equipment, determine the structure parameters, and calculate the thermal equilibrium of the mixing and reacting tanks;(4)Through the numerical simulation technology to simulate mixing and reacting tanks, first simulated and analyzed the single and double mixing blades, through the analysis of simulation results, the stirring effect of double mixing blades in the high level area is obviously superior to the single stirring blades,and then in the form of the layout of the double mixing blades,through setting different stirring speed to analyze its effects on the flow field,through the comparison of the simulation results,we found that the higher the speed of agitator, the better the effect of mixed material.Based on the research of rubber asphalt preparation technology, this paper can provide references for the equipment design,and analysis the flow field in the tanks by CFD numerical simulation technology, then proposed the improvement program of the tanks, so this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.
