Study On The Regional Highway Network Emergency Support

Regional highway networks are important nodes of domestic road network and the bridge of connecting each area. It`s safety and reliability effects the economic benefits and service level of domestic road network, thus, it plays an important role in whole network. However, the frequency of traffic accident lead to traffic jam and second accident, not only decrease the traffic efficiency, but also create serious safety problems. To adopt emergency measures in time has a great significance to regional emergency support. Thus, the research of regional emergency support combined with domestic status is in great need.Based on the research status in foreign and domestic, this paper firstly redefined the concept of expressway traffic incident rely on the forecast of future situation. The incidents can be divided into anticipated incidents and unanticipated incidents. Then, the characters of different incidents and its effect to expressway network operation are analyzed.Then, through the index selection, formula calculation and result judgement of road network operation situation remote identification algorithm, the remote identification algorithm of traffic jam and traffic incident are also studied.At last, the objectives, principles and tasks of regional road network emergency support has been analyzed, and divided the expressway network emergency support to emergency traffic control and emergency rescue. Studied the measures of emergency traffic control and emergency rescue, and its implementation process. The emergency plan of regional emergency support has also been completed.
