Technology Evaluation System Research And Application For Shanxi Province Rural Highway Bridges

With the development of a new socialist countryside construction, the construction of rural highway bridge has also developed a lot. However, the management of rural highway bridge has been paid little attention to, and there are few research of the technical evaluation of the rural highway bridge condition at home.Therefore, to develop a set of suitable assessment method for the rural highway bridge is of great significance.In this dissertation, based on the soft science project of Shanxi province named rural highway bridge technology assessment system research and application, the Shanxi Province Rural Highway Bridge technical condition evaluation method is set up. Moreover, the data management system of rural highway in Shanxi province is developed.At present, the evaluation rules and standards of domestic bridge technical condition evaluation is mainly about the highway bridge and the national or provincial highway bridge, whereas the rural highway bridge is lack of technical evaluation standards. Various reasons caused the low design load of rural highway bridge, low construction standards, and the lack of staff members and so on. In other words, the technical condition evaluation of rural highway bridge can not directly refer to the existing standards. Conducted an extensive investigation on the present situation of the rural highway bridges in Shanxi province, this paper is to find out the structure characteristics and the characteristics of the disease in rural areas’ bridge in Shanxi province through the investigation and data analysis method.Combined with the existing norms and standards of structural features and characteristics of the disease in rural areas’ bridge, this essay is to develop a set of suitable technical evaluation methods of rural highway bridge condition. These methods suits the existing main specification and are easy to accept by the technical personnel of maintenance and management. Also, it can quickly judge the technical condition of bridge components. Operations are convenient and it’s easy to understand. Take the technical evaluation method of rural highway bridge as the core, the highway bridge data management system of rural areas in Shanxi province are developed, combined with VS 2008、C#、SQL 2005 computer technology. This system can store the general information of rural bridge in Shanxi province, which is convenient for management department to manage the bridge. It can also search, update and delete bridge information by systematic browsing and searching functions. The bridge rating function can be achieved on the bridge technical condition evaluation of computerization, which enhances the efficiency of the basic level management staff. It has realistic significance to management and maintenance work of rural highway bridge.In the end of this paper, several bridge models of each bridge are selected to verify the technical evaluation method of rural highway bridge in Shanxi Province, and the method proves to be reasonable and operable.
