Study On The Method Of Management Evaluation Of Resettlement Housing Project Based On Fuzzy Entropy Weight Method

There is a large number of farmers and urban residents, their houses had been demolished, need to get an appropriate arrangement. Due to involve the vital interests of the people whose house are demolished, the demolition of resettlement housing is policy-oriented. However, the affordable housing policy does not apply to all the be-relocated person. With the increasing development of the market economy, there is a rising demand for resettlement housing. Products should both meet the requirements of quality and ensure the production schedule. The required construction cycle is very short, so the past business management pattern has already not adapted to the modern market and the requirements of the construction of resettlement housing.In this article, through combing the development course and the status quo of resettlement housing project management evaluation at home and abroad to understand the main content of the current research of it. Systematically studied the resettlement housing project management mode, and discuss the resettlement project organization design of developers. Finally, choose the matter-element Extension model as the basis study of our country’s resettlement housing project management evaluation. Then build up a set of more detailed and more operational evaluation index system of it. The evaluation index system, considers the effect of process and result and mainly focus on process, with five elements as the core. Among them, the evaluation index system consists of 5 level indicators(that is the project management organization, project schedule management, project cost management, project quality management and project contract management) and 19 secondary indicators. By means of the matter-element Extension model, we put the relationship between the relative importance of these indexes in the form of a quantitation. Then conclude the comprehensive weight of each index which leads to making the resettlement housing project management evaluation quantified based on matter-element Extension model.In this article, the proposed resettlement housing project management evaluation method has been applied to the case of the seven armed police detachment’s resettlement housing project which is located in Ju Long Qiao village in Chongqing Banan Nanpeng Street. The result shows that the method is feasible.This paper consists of six chapters: First chapter is to specify the topic, the research objects and the research methods.The second chapter mainly analyzes the content and system of the construction and management of the resettlement housing, and then established the evaluation index system of its project management. The third chapter analyzes the applicability of the matter-element Extension model in the resettlement project management,and calculates the index weight of the proposed index system by using the matter-element Extension model. Chapter V expounds that in order to verify its feasibility, the evaluation system method has been carried on the real engineering application. Chapter VI summarizes the content of this article and looks forward to the late process.
