The number and size of highway tunnel is gradually expansion. Even though it has brought great convenience for people, but also because of the special structure of the tunnel, it has made much challenge for the operational management, especially when fire and other emergencies or disasters occur in tunnel, the narrow space constraints will cause serious danger, so the security situation is grim. According to its own characteristics, tunnel has set many electromechanical systems with the corresponding of different sizes, and the electromechanical systems have become an important support for the normal operation of the highway tunnel, then the detection and evaluation of electromechanical systems running issue has become the focus of operations management department concerned tunnel.Firstly, in order to evaluate the technical condition of the road tunnel, this paper summarized highway tunnel electromechanical systems by extensively referring the country, industry current engineering design, technical specifications, and also summed up the comprehensive evaluation system of theoretical knowledge by learning a wide range of literature. On the basis of analyzing electromechanical systems evaluation requirements, the paper has built evaluation index system of the tunnel electromechanical system technical condition, to meet the requirements of the hierarchy, and combing the characteristics of the basic configuration of the tunnel electromechanical system, then has given the state of technology highway tunnel electromechanical system evaluation basic indicators.Secondly, taking into account the technical condition of the tunnel electromechanical system characteristics measured in the evaluation system architecture, the paper has explored the association between the evaluation and electromechanical test items, and established the l highway tunnel electromechanical equipment reliability model, the electromechanical systems son highway tunnel effective evaluation model, and the highway tunnel electromechanical system overall effective evaluation model. Also, the paper has pointed out that the quantitative evaluation of the technical condition of electrical and mechanical systems involved in the key methods- index weights estimation method with good rates.Finally, taking Sichuan HuaYing electromechanical tunnel detection, for example, the paper has calculated and analyzed examples by the road tunnel electromechanical equipment reliability model, the highway tunnel electromechanical system subsystem effective evaluation model, the highway tunnel electromechanical systems overall effective evaluation model. The results show that the electromechanical systems technology evaluation model is scientific, rational, and operational, also it can reflect operating conditions tunnel electromechanical system maintenance by describing quantitatively from the whole and the individual situation of the tunnel electromechanical system technology.
